| By the bending experiment of seven YTONG sand autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, we studied the flexural performance of YTONG slab under uniform load, and the effects of thickness, spans, reinforcement content to the strength, stiffness of YTONG slab. The curves of load-deflection, load-reinforcement stress are also accessed.By the large finite element software—ANSYS, we carried through numerical value simulation analysis of YTONG slabs, we studied the stress distribution on the middle section of the slab, and the curves of strain-section height, and the effects of the unsymmetrical reinforcement to the flexural performance of YTONG slab. We also studied the crack process of the concrete. After the comparison of the curves of load-reinforcement stress and the curves of load-deflection, several useful conclusions and suggestions are presented in this paper.Based on the experiments and the analysis by the software-ANSYS, closed to the theory of RC beam, the simplified calculation program was compiled. After the analysis of the calculation results, via the comparison with previous experiments data and the results calculated by ANSYS, satisfactory practical achievement could be obtained from the simplified method. Through the comparison of design code and experiments, we found some question when we calculate the ultimate bending capacity according to the code.We also studied the strength of different kinds of joints by the experiment of YTONG slab joint. The recommended table of joints' design strength are presented, which provided the accordance for the standard build chart of YTONG light sand autoclaved aerated concrete slab. |
