Safety Risk Analysis And Control Of The Subway Tunnel Project Which Undernerth Crossing A City Tunnel With Mining Method

As a result of Speeding up the process of urbanization and urban sustainable development in China, subway construction has entered the peak period. There are many uncertainties and risks in the process of the subway construction. Moreover,some project participators neglect safety risks in the construction process. Those above-mentioned reasons lead to safety accidents often happen in rail transport construction projects, which causes a serious threat to the construction personnel,the public’s life safety and projects themselves. Especially, subway shallow buried excavation stations with its complex structure and construction process is to become the focus of attention of the builders, therefore, taking effective measures to control the safety risk and to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents is the most important issue in the process of subway project construction.By means of the analysis of construction safety risk management theory, the necessity and the urgency of the safety risk management, combined with the reference project of Beijing Metro Line 15 Olympic Park Station where tunnel of the Olympic Park Station underneath crossing a city tunnel with mining method, this article identified and analyzed the safety risks in the subway station project,especially safety risks of mining method projects in design and construction stage.The corresponding management control measures were discussed herein also.Meanwhile, it was mentioned in this article that stereoscopic safety risk management system shall be established for each participator of urban rail transit construction projects, science and technology oriented risk management system shall be established to promote the implementation of the guarantee system of risk management, which is in order to each participator better perform his duty, improve the level of safety risk management and reduce the construction safety risk of Urban Rail Transit Project further. What discussed in this article may be a reference for the safety risk management of similar projects in the future.
