Gradually formed with the economic globalization,a seller’s market into a buyer’s market,step by step towards many varieties of small batch products demand.Manufacturing industry faces further challenges,flexibility of production lines,product quality,production efficiency,etc.Put forward higher requirements.Of some companies take the lead in foreign factories lean optimization reconstruction,formed a mature mode of lean production,many enterprises in our country also successively carried on the production line lean optimization.With the continuous development of information technology,the application of system simulation technology to study for the optimization of the lean production advantage is more and more prominent.In this paper,some automobile manufacturing enterprise relocation project as the background,Flexsim simulation platform and optimization method is applied to the lean production line optimization.Based on the F carmaker automobile exhaust treatment equipment production line as the research object,the specific research contents include:Analysis of production line.Through the actual examination of production line,learn about the production process of the production line,equipment capacity,personnel distribution,such as information,provide the basis for building simulation model.After modeling simulation of production line,analyzing the simulation model,find the allocation of resources,layout of production line and job sorting problems in aspects and so on.Layout simulation optimization.First ESCRI optimization method was applied to the production resource redistribution,make the production staff,production equipment and other factors of production get reasonable allocation,and then choose accord with the actual situation of the production line "U" shape layout mode,optimize production line layout,increase the rate of production line capacity and balance.The scheduling simulation optimization.The Flexsim simulation technology into the NEH algorithm,solve the dynamic scheduling problem of CANNING line.In order to improve the utilization rate of equipment and production as the optimization goal,find the approximate optimal scheduling scheme.Can see through the empirical research using the proposed optimization scheme can improve the degree of lean production line F company,after the optimization of F company production line layout,capacity,balance of the rate and schedule performance has been effectively improved.
