| Since China entered the 21st century,the traditional manufacturing industry has been confronted with great challenges as our country follows the pace of the global economic community increasingly rapidly.In order to maintain a high level and efficient production,the vast majority of manufacturing enterprises in our country mainly use large-scale assembly line production methods,improving the efficiency of the production line will promote the smooth production of enterprises,shorten the production cycle of products,save production costs,and improve the direct benefits of the company.In this paper,M company lamp production line as the research object,to solve the current production line problems facing M company,improve the balance rate of the production line.Firstly,this thesis briefly describes the research background and significance,and summarizes the current research status of lean production and production line balance theory at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper takes M company’s clover production line as the research object to analyze its current situation.The procedures in each operation unit are divided,and the stopwatch test method is used to calculate the standard time,and then the balance of the clover table lamp production line is reflected by calculating the balance rate and smoothing index of the production line.Flexsim simulation software was used to establish the model of clover lamp production line,and Dashboards were used to collect the processing rate and idle rate of each process.Thirdly,SLP method was used to optimize the layout of the workshop production line,and Flexsim simulation software was used to simulate and verify the optimized layout.Secondly,the two-handed analysis method is optimized for bottleneck workers.The first and second kinds of 0-1 integer programming models were established,and the solution was solved by using Lingo system,and the Flexsim simulation was carried out on the solution results.Finally,the guarantee measures of the production workshop are put forward 6S management scheme.After the optimization,the total handling distance between each operating unit was reduced by 34.53% from 56,909.12 m to 37,259.03 m.After the improvement of two-hand balance,the balance rate of the production line increased from 52.1% to58.9%,and the smoothness index decreased from 25.57 to 20.27.After class I production balance optimization,the balance rate increased to 88.85%,and Class II production balance optimization,the balance rate increased to 83.09%.After the comprehensive comparison,the Ⅰ production balance optimization is selected. |
