Due to the constraints of resources and environment,the traditional enterprise production management model that relies on demographic dividends and consumes resources can no longer adapt to changing market demands.It is urgent to transform the enterprise from extensive and investment-oriented to profitable and lean.Therefore,lean production management The model has become a necessary means for the transformation of modern enterprises.The thesis combs the research results of lean production theory at home and abroad,expounds the relevant theories of lean production and its commonly used tools and methods,and carries out lean Optimization Research on the low-voltage cabinet production line of SX company.The operation of low voltage cabinet production line is measured,and the problems and reasons of unbalanced production line,low production efficiency and low through rate of product testing are found out by using value flow analysis technology;The principles and objectives of the production line optimization are clarified,and the future value flow chart of the low-voltage cabinet production line is drawn.Through the program analysis and joint operation analysis of the frame pre assembly line,and the man-machine operation analysis of the bottleneck process of the main assembly line,the work content of the bottleneck process of the low-voltage cabinet production line is adjusted,and the balance of the production line is optimized,so that the balance rate of the production line is significantly improved;Through the improvement of 5S management and Kanban management of the production line,the WIP inventory is reduced,the working environment is improved,and the production efficiency of the production line is further optimized;Use 8D principle and design anti fool tools to prevent the recurrence of similar quality problems and improve the pass through rate of product testing;Using Flexsim simulation software,the simulation models of frame pre assembly line and main assembly line are established respectively.Through the analysis of simulation results,the optimization scheme and measures can effectively improve the production efficiency and staff utilization.From the two aspects of optimizing incentive mechanism and implementing TQM,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme of SX company’s low-voltage cabinet production line,so as to consolidate the improvement results of the production line and bring indirect economic benefits to the enterprise.
