Research On The Design Of China National University Science Park

University is the place of knowledge production,the area of R&D taking place and cultivating innovative talents cultivation.With stepping into the time of Information Technology,the closer was becoming between knowledge and economy,which comes to a new thing of the University Science Park.Competition is becoming more and more tense around the world,the National University Science Park(NUSP)as the source of social innovation not only meet the demands of the innovation,but also become the crucial component of regional economic development.Till now,the number of Chinese NUSP has accumulated a lot of practical cases.The author regarded the NUSP as the research object and analyzed its function and the way of the establishment.Then with sorting out of the existing 115 NUSP through relationship between the position of the University and NUSP as the elements of the classification,the author figure out the features of various distributions.Last but not the least,from the view of planning and space layout,the author analyze the classification of NUSP,in order to make contributions to the research of existing and the future development of NUSP.From the first chapter to the second chapter,the author defined the concept of NUSP and explored the relevant of domestic and foreign research.From the development course of the NUSP and the development and distribution of the NUSPs around our country,the author summed up the NUSP development showing the diversity of the characteristics,and analyzes the function of the park elements.From the third chapter to the fourth chapter,from the view of the classification of the NUSP,through the park's establishment,development,and relying on the advantages of universities to classify the study of the characteristics of the NUSP diversity and try to take the relationship between NUSP and the University as the principle of the classification of this paper.The park is divided into four categories: the same area of university and NUSP,NUSP nears to the university,the independent the NUSP and the comprehensive location of university and the NUSP.And through the collected data of the classified NUSP,from the scale and function composition proportion two aspects to explore a suitable range of different types of the NUSP,and then the author analyzed the distribution characteristics of the case of through different classification.In chapter five,through the classification mentioned above,the author analyzed and summaried the design strategy of different classification from the scale of the NUSP,the structure of the main functions,the spatial layout pattern and the points of the planning and design.The paper try to make contribution to provincial level and city level of university science park promotting into National University Science Park and provide guidance and reference value for relevant government,universities and enterprises.
