With the independent and controllable implementation of basic software by the state,the necessity of removing IOE becomes more and more important.Different industries respond to the call of the state to formulate strategies and start software localization transformation.Company C is an important member of the state power enterprise.Its information system is related to power generation security.As one of the important enterprise application systems of company C,asset management system is the foundation and key to ensure the effective,stable and safe operation of power system.It is very important to ensure the safe and stable operation of the asset system.The transformation of domestic middleware is an important part of strengthening the information security construction that the guarantee of project schedule management is the core index to complete the project.In the process of domestic middleware migration and transformation project management,technicians often focus on the technology itself,but they do not fully realize the importance of schedule management in the construction process of this project.At the beginning of the project,the project schedule management is insufficient that the team members lack a clear understanding of their own tasks 。 The research results of this paper not only improve the middleware schedule management,improve the follow-up project management level so this case study has great practical significance.Successful project schedule management can improve resource utilization efficiency,optimize resource allocation,shorten project completion period,reduce project cost,and improve the overall benefit of the project.Project schedule management is one of the important branches in the field of project management.It is an important indicator to measure the level of project management.Due to the existence of Parkinson’s law,student syndrome and other factors in the traditional project schedule management method,project delay is more common.Based on the theory of project management knowledge system(PMBOK),this paper uses the scientific method of schedule management to study the schedule optimization of C company’s asset management system middleware transformation project.Firstly,the background and significance of the progress management research of C company’s asset management system middleware transformation project and the analysis of the necessity of the research project are described.This paper introduces the origin and function of middleware by referring to the technology research at home and abroad.This paper studies the summary of schedule management at home and abroad.which introduces the project schedule management methods selected in this paper,including work breakdown structure(WBS),critical path method(CPM),program evaluation and review technique(PERT)and critical chain method(CCM).This paper introduces the definition of project management,progress management process and progress management content.Secondly,it introduces the company profile and asset management system middleware project management overview,describes the project tasks,project organizational structure,staff responsibilities.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the middleware project of asset management system in company C by analyzes the main problems and root causes from seven progress process groups which includes planning schedule management,defining activities,arranging activity sequence,estimating activity resources,estimating activity duration,making schedule and controlling schedule.Finally,the overall planning objectives and deliverable standards are formulated.The activities to complete the deliverable are identified and recorded.According to the activity relationship of the project,the work order and activities are formulated.Estimate the resources required for each activity and the duration of available resources.According to the available resource allocation,estimate the time required for each activity,make the project plan,supervise the project activities,update the project management plan,and ensure the completion of the project on schedule.Aiming at the problem of schedule management,the project schedule management method is used to optimize the schedule management plan of the project,and the results are analyzed.Optimize C company asset management system middleware project schedule,clear work objectives,arrange the sequence of activities,do a good job in risk response,reserve a safe buffer time,establish a routine monitoring process.Establish efficient operation mechanism,establish regular weekly meeting,report,analyze the progress,find problems at any time,formulate improvement measures,and arrange the next week’s work in advance.Adhere to the organic combination of overall arrangement and work breakdown structure.Make a comprehensive deployment of the project,make a detailed work plan,and regularly review the progress of the project.Pay close attention to the process management,establish the weekly and monthly progress report mechanism,understand the deviation of progress analysis,the dynamic of personnel work,analyze the existing problems,organize the team tasks according to the plan,and ensure that the actual organization work is consistent with the plan.Pay close attention to the progress deviation,carefully analyze the reasons for the lag,formulate the follow-up work plan of the project,and implement the remedial measures of personnel and materials.During the construction period,actively cooperate with the company to do a good job in the collection of requirements,cooperate with various departments to do a good job in the contact work of system use problems,and ensure the top-down monitoring,decision-making and command of the project.In the time limited and unique projects,the efficiency of management is very important for the enterprise or organization.Completing the project according to schedule is also a standard to judge the success of the project.
