With the rapid development of expressway construction,the engineering construction projects of expressway electromechanical specialty are also increasing.After the expressway construction period is over and the expressway is opened to traffic,the maintenance service of mechanical and electrical equipment still needs corresponding professional and technical personnel to complete,and its work content,nature and construction projects of mechanical and electrical engineering are different.Mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance service is the main content of equipment maintenance inspection,maintenance,cleaning.Among them,the equipment inspection work is to reflect the national and industrial standards in the "prevention first,prevention and control combined" operation policy.In this paper,the F expressway mechanical and electrical facility maintenance project contracted by C Company is taken as the practical basis for the research of this paper.It is intended to solve the problems in the equipment inspection organization design scheme,such as unreasonable inspection process flow and inspection route,insufficient utilization of inspection technical personnel resources,and further affecting the management of equipment inspection project.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of C Company’s F expressway maintenance project,the technical points of various mechanical and electrical equipment inspection,the observation record of the operation time of each equipment inspection procedure(the realistic method of field technical measurement),the organization relationship of mandatory logic relationship and non-mandatory logic relationship of inspection operation procedure.In addition,it also introduces the determination of process time estimation and the formulation of equipment inspection route in the organization and design scheme of equipment inspection,and draws the network diagram of equipment inspection route with The Program Evaluation and Review Technique.Secondly,through the use of critical path total construction period,Microsoft Office Excel software to draw resource consumption diagram and other methods to analyze the equipment inspection organization design scheme,the organization design scheme is not reasonable,get the paper to solve the specific problems.5W1 H analysis method was used to analyze the work value of each process link in the equipment inspection process,The Program Evaluation and Review Technique was used to optimize the time of each process,the critical chain project management theory based on constraint theory was used to optimize the inspection route,and Microsoft Office Excel software was used to draw the resource consumption chart.The utilization of technical personnel resources before and after optimization of equipment inspection schedule was compared and analyzed.Then the ECRS method is used to optimize the equipment inspection process,and the critical chain project management theory buffer is used to ensure the implementation of the inspection plan.Finally,the buffer zone is divided by stages of the inspection route to achieve the purpose of monitoring the implementation progress of the design plan of equipment inspection organization.Based on the theory and method of project management such as critical chain project management,this paper provides a design scheme of equipment inspection organization for the highway maintenance project,and provides C Company with a reasonable equipment inspection process flow,construction of logical relation of inspection route,and a method to maximize the utilization of technical personnel resources for mechanical and electrical equipment inspection.At the same time,critical chain project management is not only applied to equipment inspection work,but also provides ideas for equipment maintenance work.
