It is very important to realize remotely monitoring of operation and maintenance,real-time warning for the safety of machinery and personals as well as the safety evaluation of core components for the high-speed railway construction machines which work in various environments and require careful operation and high safety.Development of the system with these functions not only satisfies the mandatory requirements of the relevant national standards and industry standards,but also ensures the scientific and purposeful maintenance,safe and efficient operation and the safety of operators.In this study,by considering the actual operation situation and engineering requirements,a remotely monitoring and maintenance system for typical high-speed railway construction machines has been developed to realize the CPS(cyber-physical system)functions,safety evaluation and analyses of core components,personnel detect and warning in a special environment and so on.Researches have been carried out to realize these functions as listed below.(1)The methodology for real-time monitoring has been proposed with the consideration of the characteristics of core components of the hoisting machinery in order to avoid possible failure during operation.The methodology adopts upper and lower limit analysis method and amplitude analysis method to trigger the warning.Such function has been realized by programming;(2)Virtual hoisting machine operating system has been designed for real-time display or representation of the actual operation by using virtual technology.Such procedures are followed that CAD models are built using commercial CAD software like Solid Works or 3D Max at first,then CPS system is realized coding with C# language in Unity 3D.This system is able to display the whole operation processes.Therefore,it is very helpful and convenient for operation training and greatly reduces the possibility of the wrong operation;(3)Hoisting machines for high-speed railway construction has big blind zones owing to the large size.Here visual technology has been applied to detect personals who improperly appear in the blind zones and a smart detection system has been developed by using the training method of Haar-like features and Adaboost algorithm as well as the training frame of Open CV classifier.(4)The remotely monitoring and maintenance platform is web based so that various clients can have access to the platform.The architecture of the platform has been designed by following the procedure of demand analysis,function analysis and design,hierarchical structure design and data structure design.Besides the traditional functions like ordinary statistic analysis,this platform also has functions like state monitoring of core components,CPS system,smart maintenance and warning for the concerns of personnel safety.
