The design and the research describes for automotive body-in-white industry-specific design of gas protection welding Positioner and research on its key technologies. Welding positioner of automatic welding system for a six-axis robot was one of the essential equipment, particularly in the weld angular distribution and weld more occasions, also called mass production.Design simple and practical, low cost, precision, stability of welding positioner system, to improve the efficiency of white body welding intensity, reducing operator, to ensure that welding terms of consistency with other auxiliary machinery unsurpassed contribution.First of all, this article gives a variety of welding positioner of application and implementation of the system, by comparative analysis of the overall structure and main movement power source, the final determination of the body-in-white industry standard overall design scheme of three-axis servo turntable.Secondly, the article describes the detailed design of the mechanical part of the positioner, for a mechanical connection of the key components of the system driven shaft, study on the synthesis of strength with the dangerous section variation of the inclination angle, and optimization of mechanical structure of the spindle. And on the calculation of standard three-axis servo turntable design, selection of servo, such as checking calculation.Joint Integrated using pro/e, Adams, Ansys rigid body kinematics and dynamics simulation on new positioner, while on the performance of positioner mechanism for authentication, such as strength check of the positioner to provide a basis. Additionally, the positioner deformation of relative maximum amount of support as a flexible body, and the rest as a rigid body, the positioner is rigid-flexible coupling simulation, analysis of flexible flip angle bracket on the positioner, the impact of driver; The kinematics and dynamics simulation results of the positioner rigid and rigid-flexible coupled simulation results are compared, the positioner theory of motion analysis, prediction of axial fatigue, repeatability Error Analysis and Control Algorithm for modeling has important implications.Through Experimental Determination of relevant data and computer software Matlab on test data for processing, on the accuracy of welding on the servo rotary motion in place of table effects.The results of the study on the design and development of Arc Welding Robot with a standard three-axis positioner, to improve the accuracy of their repeated movements have a certain effect.
