The dual-axis-precision-servo turntable is the core part of a weapon,and its posture adjustment is realized through reciprocating rotation of the elevation channel and the azimuth channel,to help the antenna to capture,locate and track the target,and then assist the weapon to achieve its specific task.The complex-changeable working conditions,the high-precision transmission requirements and the special service object,which requires its mechanical performance to meet its performance requirements.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study its dynamic performance by means of computer simulation method.First,according to the dual-axis-precision-servo turntable provided by the project,its transmission structure and working principle are introduced,and the frame of two channels is simplified correspondingly in the process of 3D modeling,then the soundness analysis of the assembly model can meet the requirements,which proves the veracity and feasibility of the 3D model.Second,the turntable is analyzed using finite element modal method,and choose three limit-positions of turntable to analyze its modal using finite element method,its position have an effect on the natural vibration characteristic based on the results is proved;on this basis,it is found that the azimuth gear-arc is the weakest component of the turntable,which restricts the overall stiffness of the turntable,and it still can't give rise to resonance and satisfies the working requirement.Third,the dynamic simulation of its two channels' gear transmission system is carried out by ADAMS,establishing the gear contact collision model with an impact model based on Hertz elastic contact theory;the dynamics simulation is carried out for have or not the antenna-load,it verifies whether the parameters of the virtual prototype are reasonable or not by comparing the analysis result and the actual test result,and the dynamics simulation of the turntable is carried out in the antenna-load,and the results of the two cases are compared,which provides a theoretical basis for the actual experiment of increasing the antenna-load.Finally,it is performed the last-gear of the elevation channel and the azimuth gear-arc of the azimuth channel by the finite element analysis,for the last-gear,the contact-stress analysis and bending-stress analysis under the condition of no antenna-load are carried out,which get related stress nephogram and related strain nephogram,and theoretical calculation of Hertz formula,so it shows that meet the tooth-surface-fatigue strength and bending-fatigue-strength by comparing the obtained results with the gear-allowable-stress;for the azimuth gear-arc,stiffness analysis and strength analysis under the working condition of a working limit position are carried out,which get related stress nephogram and related strain nephogram and the results show that its stiffness and strength meet the working requirements.
