China is a big country in Transportation, At present, many transport operators overrun overload in the transport production driven by economic interests,in addition to casing a certain damage to the vehical themselves, it does more importantly lead to badly damage about the highway facilities and case safety acciidents.Therefore the government are stepping up in the on-board measurement management and real-time monitoring. In this paper, based on science and technology in Hebei province transportation hall,we put forward a set of ultrasonic and infrared range, GPS + beidou double positioning and wireless communication network monitoring system of vehicle,and give the specific installation scheme of dme.Firstly, we introduce the mathematical model of the vehicle load measurement, and establishes the function between the load and spring deformation as a theoretical basis for the load measuring device for hardware and software development. In terms of hardware design, we firstly carry on the preliminary theory by using ultrasonic sensors in combination with R8C 2L, then put forward a ranging method by using PSD as the core device of the infrared sensor combining C8051F500 as the body of the load measurement devices,which improves the stability of range,We install the dme at the bottom of the suspension in the car in the actual installation,and acquire the information of car load by measuring the distance between the bottom of the car and the axle,in order to be for distance accurately and in time under not changing the internal structure of the car. In Software designing we use the idea of modular program design, give the flow chart of software program and some important applications.Then we introduce the design and development of wireless communication device based on the GPS + Beidou orientation module and KS-97 module,later,I introduce the function of the monitoring center based on the topology of the network.Finally,by debugging and experiment,the system can not only measure the load data and achieve the goal reliably but also lay a solid foundation for the optimization of the whole system.
