Development Of Hydraulic Control Self-operated High-pressure Heater Three-way Valve Group

Being the second key valves of the domestic researching programs Super (Super)critical Thermal Power Plant key valve nationalization, hydraulic self-operated (medium drive) HH (high-pressure heater referred to as HH) three-way valve group(hereinafter referred to as HSHHTVG) is mainly applied to the electric factory for solving the HH from the piping system, thereby protecting and maintaining the HH. Benefiting from the general design, technology innovation, performance and economic return, the valve group of HH inlet+ outlet three-way valve is the best selection for HH three-way valve group in the super (super) critical thermal power unit. However, at present, domestic HSHHTVG is mainly counted on imports. Study on HSHHTVG of the super (super) critical thermal power unit is necessary to the development of our national thermal power plant.This thesis narrates the researching process of the HSHHTVG, which elaborates application of the controlling technique, hydraulic-drive technique, hydrodynamics, etc. for the requirements of high temperature, high pressure, heavy caliber, and high effect, further results in the study on general design, the structure of three way valve, drive structure, subject material manufacturing and assemble process. In addition, this thesis also makes design calculation and finite element analysis in the product design and function. Finally it makes confirmation in the product design through model trial-manufacture and experiments and tests.The study and development of the products fully reflect the important roles of modern design methods in in the process of products, which brings in more viability and success of the product design, less research period and the cost of R & D. The products have been accredited by experts in the business, which could be promoted in the market. The thesis has an important reference value for the development of similar products.
