With the development of modern bridge construction technology, more and more long-span bridges, such as prestressed concrete beam bridge, steel tube arch bridge, cable-stayed bridge, suspension bridge, etc. have been constructed. The hanging basket is the main equipment of bridge construction, and it is generally used in high altitude, so the construction requirements are very high. The construction quality is good or bad, to a certain extent, depends on the accuracy of the installation and lifting height of the hanging basket and the current commonly used hanging basket suspension system mostly adopts screw jack to adjust height of the platform. Due to the weight of hanging basket usually up to tens of tons, or even hundreds of tons, and construction often carried out at high altitude, so it is almost impossible to use cranes. To adjusting height of the platform, it usually needs more than a dozen or even dozens of people working high above the ground. Long construction period, labor intensity, and construction safety are disadvantages of this hanging basket suspension system. In view of the above problems, this paper designs an automatic hanging basket system to realize the automatic lifting of the template, and the synchronous control of the hanging basket lifting process is studied. The system can greatly reduce the construction period, reduce the intensity of labor and improve the safety of the construction, so it has important research value.In this paper, the hydraulic system of automatic hanging basket suspension is designed and calculated. The principle scheme of the hanging basket suspension hydraulic system is designed, the parameters of the hydraulic system are calculated, the working pressure and the flow rate of the system are determined, and the components involved in the hydraulic system are finally selected.Secondly, this paper takes two sets of hanging basket lifting device as an example and sets up the mathematical model of the system. Then designing a kind of fuzzy PID controller based on the "master slave mode" and carrying out the simulation study. Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control has improved following characteristics of the slave cylinder and the double cylinder synchronization error can meet the requirement of system synchronization control precision.At last, the experiment platform of automatic hanging basket suspension system is set up, and the experiment of double cylinders synchronous lifting is carried out. Experimental results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID controller can effectively control the synchronous rise and fall of two hydraulic cylinders in the automatic hanging basket suspension system, laid the foundation for further automatic hanging basket suspension system applied in bridge construction site.
