| Movable non-contact power transmission (MCPT) has power transmission different characteristics due to its particular structure; Movable non-contact power transmission was studied in theoretical modeling, topology compensation, the experimental system design, system simulation and experimental research in the paper; Theoretical basis for the development and applications can be obtained by research on movable non-contact power transmission power transmission characteristics.Mutual inductance circuit and leakage inductance circuit models were established to study the system power transfer characteristics for issue of transmission system leakage inductance. For the structural characteristics of movable non-contact power transmission, power transmission characteristics and transmission efficiency characteristics in different topology compensation modes were studied and the best topology compensation mode was selected for the system; The whole system were divided into several modules,then function and its composition of each module were compared and analyzed; The magnetic field distribution of non- contactless power transmission magnetic structure which secondary adopt U and E-shaped magnetic core were simulated and compared by the simulation software of maxwell2D and obtained that secondary adopt U-shaped core in the event of horizontal and vertical displacement of the magnetic field weakened less than the E- shaped core; Finally, an experimental device was built under laboratory conditions to study the effect of horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of two kind secondary cores to the induced voltage and obtained that U-shape core has a superior performance which voltage change is small with displacement. |
