It is a hard work for making 3-channel interleaved Boost converter's symmetric 3-phase coupled inductor. Bases on PWM control method, this paper defines where duty ratio is D>2/3, analyzing equivalent inductance, transient response speed and steady-state performance of Boost converter's each modal. By mathematical deduction and theoretical analysis proves that the converter works under the condition of optimum control effect can be realized. Therefore, in this paper, through researching three-channel Boost converter's interleaved magnetic integration theory and PWM technology combines with DSP digital control strategy to finish the above two pieces of work.First of all, by deducing the coupled inductor's equations equivalent inductance of three-channel interleaved Boost converter with coupled inductor works under duty ratio D>2/3 condition, and analyzing the coupled inductor's steady-state performance and transient performance, then verify the advantages of three-phase symmetric inductance.Second, this paper puts forward two different kinds of design scheme, for three-phase "El" form coupled inductor's inductance value symmetrical design, and through the quantitative calculation and simulation experiment contrast the pros and cons of two different design schemes, identify a more accurate solution for three-phase "El" form coupled inductors physical design.At last, according to the optimal design scheme for making and testing physical production of three-phase "El" form symmetric coupled inductor, and apply it to three-channel interleaved Boost converter with coupled inductor, through simulation and prototype circuit experiment controlled by DSP digital controller, proves the correctness of the theoretical analysis in this paper and the feasibility of the designed magnetic structure.
