Concrete thin-walled box floor is the optimization of solid floor, it mainly consists of four parts:reinforced concrete, the lower belt, belt between the linking slab on concrete floor and returns between strip of thin wall box body. This floor has a save material, reduce weight, suitable for big span requirements, high-rise building structure with good effect, sound insulation heat preservation is reasonable structure form.In this thesis, through theoretical analysis and scaled finite element analysis software adina.the simulation operation, concrete thin-walled box floor for the numerical simulation research, the main contents are as follows:(1) On the basis of the hollow floor design principle and the edge of the hollow floor supporting conditions, determine the side bearing thin-walled box structure analysis and calculation method of floor.(2) Establish a span of 10 different thin-walled box floor and solid floor, the span 6.3 m,7.5 m,8.1 m,9.3 m,10.5 m,11.1 m,12.3 m,13.5 m,14.7 m,15.9 m, according to the specification provided by formula, calculate the thin wall box of gravity, and hollow rate observed two floor weight difference and the changes of the hollow ratio.(3)The thin-wall box floor and solid floor under conditions of four edges clamped support, respectively under 2.0 kN/m2,3.0 kN/m2,4.0 kN/m2,5.0 kN/m2 level 4 vertical load, according to the simulated extraction of thin-walled box floor and solid floor of internal force and deflection value, observe two floor under different load of the internal force change.(4) According to solid tablet elastic deflection formula for calculating the stiffness, within the scope of the same span, thin-walled box floor with thick solid such as cast-in-place floor, compared to slightly smaller stiffness, but lighter, more suitable for application in the high-level structure of the large span requirements.
