Although the society is developing towards the direction of the in formalization and network, but the energy demand is indispensable, and the oil resource gradually dried up, the environmental pollution is aggravated gradually. In view of the above problems,which gradually enhances the people environmental protection consciousness of new and renewable energy development. Energy storage technology is the inevitable result of new technology, new demand, new development, and the inevitable trend of the development of the new era. Super capacitor is a new energy storage components of green, environmental protection, no pollution, low cost and good performance, its development marks the progress of energy storage technology.In order to meet the demand for capacity and operating voltage of the system engineering, when used we often make a plurality of super capacitor are series-parallel, because of the existence of capacity of the deviation, leakage current and equivalent series resistance will cause monomer voltage imbalance in capacitor, reduce the life of the capacitor and lower the energy utilization of the capacitor.Analyzed the voltage balancing method mainly at home and abroad and summarized the merit of different circuits. Determined the voltage balancing circuit topology map based on DC/DC converter control, described the working principle of the equalization circuit, voltage balance equation is derived, determined the transformation ratio of the transformer and the analysis to the influence factors of voltage-sharing, the state average method is adopted for equalizing circuit of small signal modeling, calculated the pressure equalizing circuit transfer function, used MATLAB for steady state analysis. the end of the paper, by using the simulation software of saber for the closed-loop simulation analysis and experiment validation, and proved that the equilibrium structure not only improved the reliability and security of the system, but also increased the speed of the group super capacitor voltage balance. Firstly, introduced the importance of the super capacitor in electric vehicles, secondly, described the structure and energy flow of the whole electric vehicle, again, the working process of the DC/DC converter is analyzed, finally, the proposed theory is verified.
