Super capacitor as a kind of green energy storage components, its are fast charge and discharge, repeated use of the number of times wait advantage more. Because of the super capacitor rated voltage is relatively low, since it is inevitable that the together when use to meet the requirements of the peripheral circuit of voltage. Because of the super capacitor capacity caused by the deviation in the process of manufacturing, leakage current and daily application of the existence of equivalent series resistance will cause monomer voltage imbalance in super capacitor group. In the super capacitor group monomer voltage is not equal to will reduce the life of the super capacitor and lower the energy utilization of the super capacitor. Ultracapacitors monomer series charging voltage equilibrium between monomer should be considered. Introduces a fore and aft order magnetic coupling array integration is the excitation converter super capacitor voltage circuit, analyzes the pressure equalizing circuit principle and influence factors of the equalizing circuit USES the order of the transformer secondary windings coupling, implementation of ultra capacitors monomer voltage balance. Order coupling winding reduced due to the leakage inductance of the transformer unit error of ultra capacitors monomer voltage imbalance. Converter are given relationship between duty ratio and unit transformer winding circle number, at the same time the transformer design method is given. The circuit simulation and the results are analyzed, and gives a method to inhibit the winding voltage spike. Simulation and experimental results validate the correctness of theoretical analysis, proved that the pressure equalization circuit has good performance.
