When the part manufacturability is examined by many aeronautical enterprises in China at present, the used examination standard is not unified. The review process always depends on the experience of technicians. And because aircraft digital model includes many parts, so the manual examination is strenuous, which is difficult to satisfy practical production requirement. Aiming at the problem of part manufacturability, the automatic checking technology is researched.At first, the classification of sheet metal parts for aircraft is researched, which are classified into the parts built by Aerospace Sheet Metal Design and other parts; then some manufacturability examination projects for plate and tube are selected. Through summing up the aviation standard, enterprise standard and experience of technicians, the examination standard is summarized and the process information extracting and retrieval method is researched. Then the comparison on the extracted process information with the standard is done. At last, examine the information to judge if it can meet the requirement.Combining with the CAA platform to develop CATIA further, not only the classification function of sheet metal digital model is developed, but also the manufacturability examination platforms for plate and tube are developed, which are based on the process standard, using information extracting and matching technique to realize the automatic checking function improving examination efficiency and qualified rate of technicians. By the use of enterprise, the checking function has a certain value in the actual production manufacturing. |
