| In recent years,the aerospace industry has been developed fastly in China.In order to meet the needs of different tasks,more diverse aerospace products have been designed and manufactured.Digital technology has been widely used.Sheet metal parts are the basic constituent unit of aviation products and its quality performance determines the quality of the product made of sheet metal parts.In order to improve test efficiency,the traditional sheet metal inspection method has been replaced increasingly by the digital inspection method.The digital inspection planning can improve the inspection accuracy of the sheet metal parts and reducing inspection time.Aiming at the the digital inspection and planning system of sheet metal parts which was developed by the research group,the optimized system was put forward in this paper.The system was optimized via CAA,which is CATIA secondary development tools.And the new functional modules were added in the new digital inspection and planning system.Firstly,the develop software environment and its overall solution needed by the digitized detector aviation sheet metal parts planning system was introduced;and then the aviation sheet metal parts feature extraction method was proposed and it can solve the key problem.And the characteristic parameter information of the sheet metal partscan be quickly and accurately extracted.Secondly,the detecting planning module and feature tolerance query module were linked and it can reduce the times of manual input and operation and error rate.Thus,the accuracy of inspection planning was increased and the efficiency of planning was improved.The web publishing technology of IPxml,test reports derived technology and three-dimensional labeling technology of inspection planning information were studied in the following.The IPxml pages of sheet metal parts inspection program can realize the exchange of digitization data.The derived test report can effectively save time repeating similar sheet metal part inspection via the existing inspection report.The three-dimensional label of the inspection information can make the inspection information detailed,visualized.Finally,intelligent inspection planning module and a photoelectric inspection planning module of the digital inspection planning system are introduced.The integration of this system,which can develop integrality and usability of this system,is described in the following.Aiming at each functional module,the technicalverification have been carried out.It is proved that the system has feasibility. |
