As the core components of EAST vacuum vessel,it faces lots of electromagnetic environment in the experimental process.Each electromagnetic environment will bring different electromagnetic load to the vacuum vessel and the inner components.As an unavoidable typical working situation in the vacuum vessel,when plasma vertical displacement event occurs,the plasma current and position will change.At the meantime,the electromagnetic environment of EAST will change,after that the eddy current will be produced on the wall of vacuum vessel and internal components,the vacuum vessel and internal components will have electromagnetic load because of eddy current,and the electromagnetic load influent the structure of EAST structure.The paper based on the ANSYS finite element software simulates the eddy current caused by the plasma vertical displacement event situation in the EAST and calculates the electromagnetic force in vacuum vessel and internal components,and then upload the electromagnetic load to vacuum vessel and internal components and do structure analysis.The main content as below:1.Elaborated on the fusion of the EAST structure,and expounds the analysis of related theory of electromagnetism and structure,provides the physical and theoretical basis for this paper.2.Creating specific analysis model which are electromagnetic and structural analysis model in ANSYS simulation software.3.Using ANSYS software do a detailed simulation for the way to calculate electromagnetic in the situation of plasma vertical displacement event,and get eddy current distribution characteristic and electromagnetic distribution characteristics on fusion reactor EAST,and state the calculate result.4.Collecting the electromagnetic load distribution from then vacuum chamber and upload the load to the analysis of structure,then based on the analysis of structure of vacuum vessel and internal components from ANSYS software again to get stress and displacement,then state the structure analysis result.
