Master Plan Research Based On Scenario Planning Of Wetland Park

Wetland play an im portant role in conserving water,saving a lot of s pecial species diversity,regulating the clim ate,keeping the flood and puri fying the environm ent.But destruction of wetland is increasingly seri ous.AS a new form of wetland protection,the city wetland park has been taken serious ly by people and expert.As a sustainable ecological protection w ay to wetland,theore tical research and construction on wetland park are still in the in itial stage,so the exploration of multidisciplinary cross in the planning of the wetland park ha s never stopped.Planners have been trying to introduce a new theory and technology,which should be a more systematic and rational planning way to do construction and m anagement of wetla nd park.There are som e problems in the wetland park planning,such as unclear orientation of planning and regional characteristics,weak implementation of planning,and a lack of public participation.Scenario planning as a relatively mature strategic planning tool,emphasize the further study of the project,and provide a reasonable multi-party participation way.To analysis,research and predict the future development environment,it is system atic and scientific.So scenario planning can bring great inspiration for wetland park planning.This paper takes the scene planning concep t as a breakthrough point.First,com bing the existing wetland park planning theory a nd methods,we can find out their connection by combined with scenario planning cont ent and m ethod.We put s cenario planning concept into the m ain plan of city wetla nd park to ach ieve the scenario p lanning’s superiority in the analysis and thinking.It m ake up for the deficiency of determ ining the theme image and development direction in wetland park planning.In this paper,the main research contents include the following aspects:First of all,we clear the two systems’ theories and m ethods to build a theoretical platform and organize workflow.Through the discussion about the relevant theories on city wetland park and the necessities,possibilities and difficulties of scenario planning to combine with wetland park,we finally pr oposed the wetland park planning workflow based on scenario planning,which is the preparatory work for the next step.Second part is the core cont ent of this paper.We take Hefei lakeside provincial wetland park as an example.Through the work process we build in the previous section,we specifically discuss how to m ake the park master plan by scenario planning strategy and introduce the definitive case planning and design results based on this strategy.At the end of the thesis,we explain the research resu lts and the deficiencies of this paper,and propose the future research plan.Through the research,we got the following results and conclusions:(1)We complete the master p lan of "Hefei Lakeside Provincial W etland Park",and construct a complete system of wetland park master plan,give a simple introduction about zoning,environmental protection,landscape de sign,rational utilization and other related special planning of the park.Through the understanding of the specific content above,we establish a preliminary scene monitoring system.(2)Through the practice of the project,we establish a detailed workflow,and refine the important points,which s hows that scenario planning a nd wetland park planning are similar to a certain extent.But there is still some contradictions between them,such as the differences of planning results and the difficulty of quantitative evaluation.So at last,w e puts forward some feasible measures according to the work experience.This paper attempts to promote scenario planning as a planning tool,so we can meet the pursuit of equitable utilization of wetland park.
