Connecting rod roller flap gate is a form of gate using the lever balance and rotation principle to start gate, running by the power of gate itself gravity and water pressure in a certain water level under the condition of open and close automatically. Compared with the other gate, it has the advantages of saving material, shortening construction time, reflecting accurately and timely, little interference to the environment and beautify the environment and producing good economic and social benefits so this gate is widely used in all kinds of water conservancy projects. Based on Fuxin city jade dragon lake reinforced concrete project of hydraulic automatic flap gate as an object to study the blind spots in the design of connecting rod roller flap gate and the problems caused in actual work.And then analyze the door of stress and strain distribution and change rule in three different water level situation through the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.After that optimized analysis of gate initial angle and reinforcement of door plank. This paper completed the following research work:(1) To point out the blind spot in the design according to ?Code for design? (SL265-2001)??Hydraulic reinforced concrete design specifications? (SL191-2008) and Combining the connecting rod roller research background and research status of connecting rod roller flap gate then puts forward the necessity of the research. In terms of the working principle of connecting rod roller flap gate discusses the design calculation method that is dynamic water load into a simple approximation method of hydrostatic pressure. Through the theoretical analysis obtains that the gate stress is the most typical in the lean of 15degree?22 degree?52 degree.(2) Gate door plank is established under three conditions of numerical analysis model using of ADINA and gain the stress and displacement of each point.Then sums up the different condition of the stress and strain changing rule on the gate.Compareing the numerical simulation results of three kinds working condition. The results indicate: All point gate stress and strain increase gradually in the process of gate lean-back under water pressure and the top location increases the sharpest on the back; And in the midspan of gate and three bearing inside seetion are the largest regional stress where should be set as control section bearing capacity; At the top of the gate as most strain area where Should be the deformation control section and the crack control section.(3) In view of the design of relevant factors in the process of structure optimization and obtaine the slope angle of the optimal design parameters. From the long-term stability research of the gate find:Ideal value of gate caster angle is 14degree under the condition of water storage.
