Abstract/Summary:
Relay as a kind of electrical control components, in industrial fields such as automatic control, communication, remote sensing, power has been widely used in electronic and electromechanical integration. In the working process of the relay, the service life of the relay is the core of technical indicators, the service life of the relay includes two parts, the mechanical and electrical life life relay’s mechanical life depends on each part of the design of machinery structure and the reasonable or not, in the process of using the relay electrical life of the deciding factor is the relay contact alloy electric lifespan. Relay contact mostly by at least one of base material mixture of alloy and metal alloy contact. Relay contact electric life prediction, should first relay contact electric life prediction model is established, and then define the life prediction of the variable.This topic on five different alloy metal matrix of the same relay contact electric life experiments, prepare relevant experimental material, experimental conditions, the use of high and new material, and Harbin neusoft institute of Harbin university of science and technology, automation technology for the integrated design of experimental apparatus for more groups of contacts to open circuit and closed experiment, record the experiment data and carries on the preliminary arrangement and analysis. Using the FLUENT software module of finite element analysis software ANSYS to relay contact arc temperature field simulation.
