Epoxy resin is a kind of thermosetting resin, and it is widely used as insulation material on the field of electronics, chemical industry, automobile and aerospace. Fully cured epoxy resin has good physical properties,and the bond strength and dielectric properties of epoxy composite insulation material are very good, the level of epoxy resin curing degree determines the value of its application. Study on epoxy resin curing degree is to improve the quality of composite insulation materials, optimize its insulation performance, and increase the service life of materials.According to the dielectric method to curing degree of epoxy resin was detect by adopts the frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy testing method. This dissertation is based on dielectric response theory and extended Debye model. The dielectric spectrum tester IDAX 300 was used to test frequency domain data. The complex permittivity and dielectric dissipation factor was analyzed when the frequency domain was changed with curing degree, then the Cole-Cole model parameters was extracted.The algorithm calculating of frequency domain dielectric parameters is based on Debye model is proposed in this dissertation. Model of epoxy ColeCole conformed Davidson-Cole model. With curing degree deepened relaxation time increased, while parameter characterization of arc deviation degree of semicircle and the difference of steady-state permittivity and high frequency permittivity decrease. It has proved that characterization method of cured degree on epoxy resin glass fiber composite insulation by dielectric spectroscopy can be used for cureing degree on epoxy resin glass fiber composite insulation to detecte. The dissertation curing degree of epoxy glass fiber composite material has a strong practice signifitance in engineering value for dielectric spectroscopy.
