Development And Application Of Water Source Heat Pump

Energy crisis becomes an urgent problem for every country all over the world. The heat pump technology is getting more and more attention of every government. It meets the people's demand to archive the harmoniousness between individual's living and their environment in terms of its great advantage of energy saving and lower electricity consumption. During the development of WSHP(Water Source Heat Pump), the matching of the components and the control system's compatibility is paid attention by the manufacturers. In this paper, a development of a new type WSHP product matching market's demand has been carried out and the systemic design and control technologies was achieved.The pinch point temperature differences analysis method was introduced in this paper, the major equipments of system was designed in term of the guide line that the best general efficiency of cooling and heating mode should be achieved. A more suitable control program was developed with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). The water source heat pump computer assistant design software was compiled to reduce time-period of product developments. In order to complete test of pattern's performance under various conditions in limited time, a multipurpose testing system that can simulate every status was installed in the laboratory. Integrated with the HP data accumulator, a computerize auto-monitoring software was compiled to not only predigest the gather and dispose of test data but also enhance data's precision. The test result was analyzed and compared with relative products. Further researches to improve system's performance is required on the conclusions of this paper.The works performed and the results got in this paper are of direct interests to promote the technologic developments of water source heat pump.
