ZDB prestressed concrete composite slab is a new structure developed on the basis of the conventional prestressed composite slab. The prefabricated part is a thin prestressed concrete composite slab with steel frame, perforated and reinforced steel is placed in the non-prestressed direction (the lateral direction), and concrete is poured to form composite slab with bidirectional force which has prestressed steel in one direction. The floor was featured with high capacity, integrity and good crack resistance, and it can fasten construction, save the template and shorten the construction period, etc., therefore, the application prospects in engineering is very bright. This paper studied and analyzed prestressed concrete composite slab, the main contents are as follows:(1)By symmetric loading experiment whose load is uniformly distributed, the curve of load and deflection of the precast floor is studied to summarize the regular patterns as well as the characteristics when cracks appear and grow. The test results show that ZDB precast floor has a large rigidity and high strength, which can fully meet the deformed requirements and bearing capacity requirements of the normal use.(2)Finite element analysis software is utilized to conduct nonlinear analysis for the precast floor, feasibility of finite element analysis is proved by comparing and analyzing the finite element calculation results of test model and ZDB precast prestressed concrete composite slab model.(3)To analyses using deflection of precast floor by ANSYS, span load - deflection curve was obtained by varying the thickness of the precast floor, concrete strength and height of the frame, and then analyze their impact on the span deflection of the precast floor(4)According to the deflection control requirements of prefabricated floor in construction, the progrmme of temporary support is set up by combing experimental data and finite element analysis results.
