| The advantages and disadvantages of building waterproof engineeringdirectly affect the normal use and life of buildings and structures, the waterproof material is the important factors which influencing the waterproof engineering. Polymer cement waterproof coating is a kind of set the advantages of cement and polymer, it is a two-component waterproof material, non-toxic and pollution-free, it is a kind of green environmental protection waterproof material, whichrepresents the development direction of current building waterproof materials.Based on the characteristics of high flexibility and strong adhesion of waterproof coating, this paper has carried out the experimental research on the high flexible polymer cement waterproof coating. 1、five kinds of single polymer emulsion and emulsion combination, a total of 21 kinds of emulsion on the performance of polymer cement waterproof coating; 2、effect of 15 different grades of inorganic powder on properties of polymer waterproof coating; 3、effect of different liquid powder ratio and different additives on the properties of coatings; 4、Microscopic tests using tissue structure and morphology of SEM coatings. Polymer waterproof coating mainly include tensile strength, elongation at break, the performance of coating and adhesive strength at the grass-roots level.Research results show that: 1、single doped polymer emulsion, emulsion showed good performance, 2012 coating strength up to 3.02 MPa, the elongation at break was 277.1%, the coating has high strength and good flexibility;when the emulsion is compounded,mixed with 2012 emulsion coating performance better, the emulsion 1350 performance general; compound optimization with 2012 and 1350 emulsion, emulsion preparation of compound with the performance of the coating is lower than 2012 paint, emulsion compound with poor compatibility.2、The use of Fuller curve evaluation powder particle size distribution, particle degree of tightly packedbetter, coating showed more strength, flexibility and bonding. Cement-coarse, the dosage of cement 200 kg/t, coarse is 400 kg/t, sand is 400 kg/t, the coating strength reach 3.2 MPa, the elongation at break is 279.1%, the bond strength is 1.48 MPa, mechanical performance is relatively good; components-quartz powder, coarse whiting and quartz powder dosage is 150:150, coating with good mechanical properties.3、The greater liquid-powder ratio is, the lower the tensile strength of the coating and the larger the elongation at break are; when using 2012 emulsion, liquid-powder ratio is 1:1, the filling effect of cement and polymeris best, coating performance excellent. With the increase of the content ofwater reducing agent and cellulose ether,coating performance enhancement and then decreases, when the dosage is 1.5 kg/t, coatinghas a better performance.4、Different ratio and different polymer emulsion liquid powder preparation of JS waterproof coating, it can form a continuous and dense polymer film, the cement hydration products and powder systemuniformly dispersed in the thin film structure, which make the waterproof coating has a certain strength and flexibility.In short, the use of suitable polymer emulsion, powder composition, additive, and according to a certain liquid powder than compound waterproof coatingcan coalesce to form a dense coating and network structure, so as to achieve the requirements of coating with high strength and high modulus. |
