Sustainable development is a basic national policy.As people’s awareness of increasing,the municipal solid including waste glass has drawn most attention. Waste glass is a renewable resource that the recycling can reduce the waste of resources,protect the environment which can save energy and resources to achieve a win-win social,economic and environmental benefits.Waste glass powder concrete is a new civil engineering materials and for the waste glass recycling have product substantial economic effect.For this test,the waste glass powder as s substitute mineral pouring cement are incorporated into concrete as analysis the basic mechanical properties which to save resources and protect the environment.The article carry out compressive strength test and splitting tensile strength test.By determining 36 cubic specimen,we discusses the relationship between compressive strength and waste glass powder content at two intensity levels including C30 and C50 waste glass powder concrete;discusses the tensile strength variation with the waste glass powder content;analyzes theirs relationship and theirs ductile and brittle.Furthermore we launch the elastic modulus of waste glass powder concrete and Poisson’s ratio test.Through the 72 prism specimen test,we explore the fitting relationship between the axial compressive strength and compressive strength;comparative analysis the elastic modulus relationship of glass powder concrete,ordinary concrete,high strength concrete and the variation of Poisson’s ratio.Finally we launch the stress-strain of waste glass powder.By measuring the 36 prism block,we discusses the law of energy released of waste glass powder concrete,mathematics deduct the stress-strain whole curve equation and identify the parameter values in the equation. The experiment has been the following main conclusions:1、The compressive strength of waste glass powder concrete has a definite relationship with the increasing of waste glass powder content;2、Waste glass powder concrete in tension and compressive ratio is higher than the ordinary concrete ratio,indicating that the waste glass powder concrete ductility is slightly better than ordinary concrete and with the concrete strength improving,the waste glass powder concrete brittleness will be increased.Another,with the corresponding compressive improving,the tension and compressive ratio will decrease indicating when reinforced the compressive strength of waste glass powder concrete,the tensile strength of increase is small;3、Waste glass powder concrete linear fitting degree of axial compressive strength and compressive strength is very high.With the waste glass powder dosage increasing, the declined of the axial compressive strength fell faster than the declined of compressive strength and therefore the ratio of axial compressive of waste glass powder concrete is lower than the ordinary concrete.The reason may be due to the waste glass powder surface smooth causing the biting force fall between cement mixed and aggregate;4、The fitting formula of elastic modulus of waste glass concrete under C30 and C50 concrete strength can be used to calculate the elastics modulus of ordinary concrete and high strength concrete;5、With the waste glass powder dosage increasing,the Poisson’s ratio of waste glass powder concrete will be faint increase.Either under the C30 or C50 concrete strength,the waste glass powder concrete Poisson ratio are controlled between 0.18 to 0.23 which is almost the same with the ordinary concrete Poisson’s ratio who ranged between 0.17 to 0.21.Therefore the waste glass powder concrete Poisson’s ratio is consistent with the ordinary concrete Poisson’s ratio;6、The waste glass powder concrete under the uniaxial compressive has the same energy release law with the ordinary concrete.With the waste glass powder dosage and intensity level increasing,the slope of the stress-strain curve has a trend of growing smaller,the rise segment curve and declined segment curve has a trend of more and more gentle;7、The waste glass powder concrete full stress-strain curve equation parameters has a prefer value.Under the C30 concrete strength:??146.2,??800.0;Under the C50 concrete strength:??987.1, ??462.1 。...
