In the North China,the heating system is mostly used in winter.With the continuous progress of science and technology,the technology of central heating system is becoming more and more mature.The traditional central heating system provides heating for 24 hours.In this paper,on the basis of the traditional heating method,the time-sharing district heating way is put forward according to the load characteristics of different building.Firstly,through the research of domestic and international heating system regulation means,this paper summarizes the aspect which the modern heating system needs to be improved.This paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of the time-sharing district heating way and introduces the calculation of the energy saving rate of the time-sharing district heating way used in a campus.This paper also analyzes the energy saving advantage of the time-sharing district heating way.Secondly,a business building located in Beijing is taken to analyze the energy-saving efficiency after time-sharing district heating way is used.What's more,hourly heat consumption and the change of indoor temperature under different operating condition is analyzed.The result shows that the energy-saving efficiency can be as high as 20%.Finally,the fluent software is used to simulate the temperature variation of a classroom after time-sharing district heating way is used,which is located in Daxing school of environment and energy engineering,Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.When no one in the classroom at night and closing the heating valve,analyzing of indoor temperature distribution and indoor low temperature by the simulation of indoor temperature changes.With the time going,the indoor temperature decreased.In order to satisfy the indoor wall not to be dew and the conduits not to be cracked,the temperature of the room must be maintained at more than 5?.According to indoor temperature drop,setting a reasonable valve opening and closing time is particularly important,the simulation results can be used in actual operation in the process of theoretical support and guidance in Daxing campus after time-sharing district heating way is used.
