Due to long-term use and improper operation,it leads to the pollution of the hydraulic system,hydraulic piping circulating flushing device can effectively remove the pollutants of hydraulic hose and steel pipes,this can ensure the reliability of the hydraulic system and prolong the service life of hydraulic components.Due to the lack of analysis for the study,so the operation time of hydraulic piping flushing device is too long,it affects the job schedule,the research object of this paper is to study the circulating flushing technology of hydraulic pipe system,the following aspects of the research work are carried out:(1)Author introduces many kinds of widely used pipeline cleaning process,and also analyses the main factors affecting pipeline cleaning;(2)Author carries on the simulation of turbulent flow and laminar flow of straight tube,and also analyses the effect of two kinds of fluid on the tube wall,from the simulation results,it is found that the effect of turbulent flushing is much stronger than that of laminar flow;it is also found in the simulation analysis of pipe diameter joint and bend,the flushing fluid is too curved and from the joint to enter the pipeline will have a section of pipe that is difficult to flush,therefore,author puts forward the concept of the blind area of irrigation,and the structure of the blind zone is improved by joining a positive and reverse flush valve block,thus the reverse flushing function is realized,the structure improvement is simple,but it improves the effect of flushing(3)Through the PLC electrical control to realize the pulse flushing function,and the realization of the pulse flushing function depends on the characteristics of the fluid itself,it doesn't need additional cost.(4)It achieves functions such as load pressure test,forward and reverse flushing,pulse flushing,turbulent flushing in a flushing device;and improves the protection and control system of flushing device,the security of the system is improved,and the above improvements don't increase too much cost.(5)When the hydraulic pip system to be washed is difficult to be removed and washed out,it is needed to carry out a number of sets of washing circuit in the original system piping system,the author summarizes the experience from the large bridge crane hydraulic system,several suggestions are put forward on the construction of the washing circuit,it can greatly save time limit for a project;and combined with the practical irrigation project,the improvement of the improved flushing system is proved to have high efficiency.
