At present,due to the frequent use of many residential drainage pipes and neglect maintenance,the inner wall of the pipeline will grow a layer of biological membrane,breeding bacteria,after reaction will produce toxic and harmful gases to destroy the health of the living environment.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of people's convenience and health of the residential environment,in recent years the rise of kitchen waste discharge system.The construction of the drainage system is not only the transport of sewage and waste water,but also shoulder the burden of solid waste transfer and emissions,making the phenomenon more serious.So,people often use high pressure jet washing method is economical and effective to clean the pipes,but this problem is to introduce a great pressure in the drainage system can lead to the destruction of the whole drainage system and pressure balance will be in danger of destruction of water seal,and there are few studies at home and abroad.Therefore,this experiment used for residential DN110 single pipe system,DN110 special single riser system and DN75 single pipe system,respectively using 40# nozzle,45# nozzle and the rotating nozzle riser for high pressure washing,high pressure washing,high pressure washing out position of impact pressure and high pressure washing machine of system pressure.The test results show that the pressure fluctuation caused by flushing at the top of the 3.5m is the largest.The flushing pressure and the flow rate of the nozzle is a linear relationship,the same flushing pressure,the minimum flow rate of 40# nozzle,if you consider the amount of water consumption,40# sprinkler pipe is the best choice.Similarly,40# and 45# head of the flushing pressure and pressure of the system is in a linear relationship,but the influence of rotating nozzle pressure flushing system pressure have little no obvious correlation,under the same pressure is much smaller than the other two nozzles.Under the same conditions,in the low region(layer 11)flushing system pressure of DN110 single pipe is greater than in the high pressure system(34)generated;and the special single riser in DN110.Under the same conditions,the influence of different moving speed of the sprinkler on the system pressure value can be neglected,and the pressure difference between the two methods is not large.There is no consistent relationship between the pressure values of the two kinds of flushing pipe and the location of the fixed nozzle position and the position of the moving head.Based on the analysis of the test data,this paper presents the threshold of the flushing pressure of the high-pressure flushing riser under various conditions.
