| With the rapid development of economic and acceleration of urbanization, status and function of Municipal Engineering are becoming more and more prominent in the urban construction. However due to its unique characteristics of Municipal Public Engineering,rapid development and wide application of EPC, the application of cost and schedule related to the applications in the Municipal Engineering is facing new challenges, so the achievement of this research has become an important attempt of the application of earned value management thought using in EPC of municipal engineering project, and laid the foundation for cost schedule the effective combination control in EPC of municipal engineering project in the future.This dissertation mainly analysis relationship of cost and schedule separately under condition of ignoring quality, safety, environment and other factors affecting.Firstly, on the basis of analysis of traditional earned value method, the earned schedule method and earned value method of critical path is improved,combined with characteristics of Municipal Engineering projects and new mode of EPC of Municipal Engineering projects, formed a new earned value management method. Secondly, composition of the cost of municipal engineering projects are analyzed, according to the total contract form, respectively, the the correlation between schedule and cost of design institute is studied which led the general contractor of the project. Thirdly, on the basis of theoretical research, the mode of the cost-schedule integration in EPC of Municipal Engineering projects is established and a feasible method is provided for the application and development of earned value management thought in EPC of Municipal Engineering projects in the future. Finally,through the analysis of these examples, the implementation procedures and application of results of cost-schedule integration in EPC of Municipal Engineering projects,and achieved remarkable results are showed. |
