Y tunnel is a tunnel with urban road function as well as highway function,which is an important part of traffic congestion control in Q city.In order to effectively improve the traffic management level of the tunnel,it is necessary to establish a set of intelligent traffic management system to assist the daily law enforcement and management.After the completion of this system,remote monitoring can be used for off-site law enforcement,regulate the traffic order in the tunnel,improve the traffic control and service ability in the tunnel,and improve the disposal efficiency of traffic accidents and violations.This paper hopes that through the in-depth research and analysis of the Y tunnel intelligent transportation system construction project from the schedule preparation to the implementation process,to explore the causes of schedule deviation,and then put forward effective methods to improve the project schedule management level,so as to promote the smooth progress of the project and ensure the timely delivery of the project.This paper first analyzes the research results of project schedule management at home and abroad in recent years,summarizes the advanced management experience and technical methods,and seriously studies the wide application of key chain technology,network plan diagram,earned value method and other technologies in all walks of life.Based on the full analysis of the theory of schedule management,this paper studies the project schedule control in combination with the actual project of Y tunnel intelligent transportation system construction,and effectively integrates the schedule planning,schedule execution and schedule control methods into the project schedule management process.In the process of research,it focuses on the use of network planning method to prepare the schedule,the use of PERT technology to adjust the schedule,the use of earned value analysis method to quantify the deviation of the project schedule,and the use of scientific and technical means to study the progress management of the project.At the same time,it analyzes the problems existing in the progress control of Y tunnel intelligent transportation system construction,and then analyzes the causes of the problems according to the existing specific situation,so as to further seek the solutions and Countermeasures for the progress control in the process of intelligent transportation system construction,optimize the construction progress of the project,and ensure the completion of the project on schedule.Some analysis of schedule management in this paper can also play a certain reference role in the later project management of enterprises,which is conducive to the smooth development of other projects.
