In recent years, Tianjin Nangang industrial zone construction accelerated, reclaiming land from the sea has become the main way of the land resource supplement.However, through filling dam build foundation because of its low strength, in the short term is difficult to meet the needs of engineering. Therefore, taking Tianjin Nangang industrial zone of dredger fill as the research object, to field geological investigation, field test, test and combines theory analysis as the main research means, with vacuum preloading mechanism as the research object, to the rapid processing of dredger fill in as the research object, the data of engineering geology investigation and collection of soft soil Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone, and on the treatment of soft soil foundation of mathematical analysis, the induction and the summary data of field geological investigation, application on the basis of the analysis and research of vacuum preloading method in soft foundation treatment of Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone, the author gets the following main research results:(1) Tianjin nangang industrial zone in northwestern epeirogenic area the engineering background of soft ground treatment, through the collection of information and research, analysis method for reinforcing soft clay engineering properties of Tianjin Nangang area and soft base, evaluate the design and construction of foundation by vacuum preloading method.(2) according to the geological exploration data, making the reasonable pressure vacuum preloading reinforcement design scheme and monitoring scheme, respectively, monitoring different vacuum degree, strengthening block area site of membrane pore water pressure, underground water level, ground settlement, layered settlement, lateral displacement.(3) detailed monitoring data obtained by the indexes of dynamic monitoring of vacuum preloading treatment process, finishing the monitoring data obtained and analysis, show that the vacuum preloading method in Tianjin Nangang industrial zone has a good reinforcement effect. The contrast before and after strengthening soil test data, indexes and strength have been greatly improved.(4) through the analysis of influence of reinforcement engineering of vacuum preloading method on ground settlement, pore water pressure, lateral displacement of deep soil etc. in soft soil foundation, and has wide applicability and feasibility of vacuum preloading method in soft soil ground reinforcement engineering.
