Application Research Of LX650 Electronically Controlled Fuel Injection Motorcycle

The rapid growth history of China motorcycle industry and the current research situation of motorcycle engine electronically controlled fuel injection(EFI) technology at home and abroad was introduced in this article. In the view of the increasing strict motorcycle emissions regulations, the motorcycle engine electronic control fuel injection system composition and technical characteristics are analyzed and the technical solutions of the engine electronically controlled fuel injection system are issued in the article on the basis of the LX650 motorcycle by Chong Qing Loncin Co.,The research and development, for instance:1?system components selection;2?engine bench calibration test and vehicle chassis calibration test on the electronically controlled fuel injection system of LX650 motorcycles are carried out;3?the verification of the tests including the vehicle dynamic tests, extreme hot and cold temperature test, attitude calibration test and the durability test;4?the data of the electronically controlled fuel injection system was under solidification finally.This thesis research topic come from the motorcycle EMS technology integration and application project by Loncin Group. The targets on the improvement of Loncin motorcycle quality control technology has been researched by the study and completion of LX650 EFI system development and application. After more than two years of efforts, LX650 vehicles sale successfully. Testing data show that the exhaust emissions of LX650 EFI motorcycle meet the National Stage-? emissions regulations, and the good fuel consumption, dynamic performance are achieved in the research of this project. Meanwhile, the technical foundation has been established for the comprehensive application of motorcycle EFI technology by LONCIN Group in the future.
