With the constantly emerging of the high-rise buildings, it makes the growing market of ultra high speed elevator. In almost all of the high-rise building chose ultra-high speed elevator as an emergency rescue of vertical transportation equipment. Ultra-high speed elevator become indispensable to tall building in the vertical transportation tools, But at about high-speed elevator manufacturing, China's domestic elevator enterprises compared with international ones, there is a large gap in ultra high speed elevator. In the field of the high-speed elevator, one small step for a speed boost, both on the premise of many of the key technical breakthrough and need to be more behind the technology research and development support. In this paper, the application of high-speed elevator system in high-rise building in the new elevator drive motor, noise and vibration, the piston effect, chimney effect and the elevator group control technology such as high-rise technical problems are studied, and solutions are given respectively, and through the experiment and the software analysis and engineering examples are analyzed and discussed. For example: in view of the tall building in the elevator group control technology was analyzed, using intelligent make an appointment to the calculation of selected layer to solved this difficult problem, and through the project example data results on this argument. High-speed elevators in high-rise facing technical problems in application, and to solve problems and feasible implementing scheme analysis, this paper makes the ultra high speed elevator in a tall building to safe and reliable, smooth and comfortable, energy-saving and efficient operation.
