It's always on a large scale, having tight schedule, high technical requirements, long construction period and complex system. Above all, the safety and risky problems in construction project have attracted great attention from society and leaders. Although such kinds of accidents were caused by a great many reasons,every accident had its own accident warning which we could hardly find in time. Then, we missed the best timing to forecast and deal with it, so it would make the danger expand, leading to an accident that would cause huge losses and adverse social impact.The Tianjin metro construction has made a higher requirement on security risk control presently. The original information system has been unable to meet the requirements of security risk control. It needs to be updated, forming a systematic, scientific, information, long-term monitoring and management mechanism which will provide support for the safety construction.With the rapid development of communication technology,field monitoring acquisition equipment, computer network transmission, wireless transmission, network database, data analysis, forecast, decision-making, early warning and remote monitoring technology, it made the use of information technology in the subway construction and risk monitoring come true. And then we can build a control center on the basis of it and make the safety, risk monitoring and management information system become possible. With careful arrangement and plan, Metro Group monitoring center has completed the hardware construction in 2013 April, and operate formally in 2014 July.The system of safety risk monitoring and management information will realize many functions, such as construction monitoring, risk source management, civilized construction, personnel name mount guard, entrance guard system remote monitoring and management. This will promote the safety risk management, information, systematic level of Tianjin subway construction.
