At present,the contradiction between the fast development of cities and the inefficient utilization of road resources in urban has become more and more important.Many cities have invested amounts of fund to build metro to solve the traffic problems.It is due to the complex construction conditions and faster construction speed of metro in China,the safety management of metro construction is facing with huge challenges.The safety management of metro construction can be improved by eliminating the unsafe state of objects and unsafe behavior of people in the construction process.As showing on literature research,it is known that the unsafe behavior of people is one of the main factors that leading safety accidents into metro construction.There are much fewer studies on the management of unsafe behavior of metro constructors,and less studies on the monitoring and warning of unsafe behavior of metro constructors.By using of technical means to manage the unsafe behaviors of the construction site personnel,monitor whether their working environment is in a safe place.If it is in an unsafe state,it will give early warning in time,which has practical significance to improve the level of the safety management on metro construction.Therefore,this context chooses BIM,GIS,positioning technology and Internet technology to monitor and discover the unsafe behavior of personnel in the metro construction site.Due to the realization of technical means requires lots of basic investigation work in the early stage,in order to carry out system design and technology integration.Due to the limitation of this research,this context further defines the aiming of study treat as the study of monitoring and warning of personnel unsafe behavior in open-cut metro station construction.The main work of this context is as follows:(1)Analyzes the unsafe behavior of personnel in the construction process of open-cut metro station.The unsafe construction behavior is divided into different categories,and putting the requirement of monitoring and warning by technical and making analysis according to the classified unsafe construction behavior categories;(2)Explains how to integrate BIM and GIS through the SuperMap platform,and improves the construction unsafe behavior management by using two kinds of technical means in combination with monitoring and warning information requirements;(3)Designs the three-dimensional and visualize process through the SuperMap platform.Designs the architecture of Zig Bee positioning system.The architecture of positioning system is constructed from three parts: Zig Bee sensor network module,data service module and external system interface module;(4)The function modules of construction unsafe behavior monitoring and warning system are designed,and the simulation application is putting outwith an open-cut metro station project in Qingdao,and analyzing the effect of the simulation application.This context is aims to put a foundation for the realization of construction unsafe behavior monitoring and warning system in reality.It can effectively reduce the safety accidents caused by construction unsafe behavior after developing.And it is due to the similarity between open-cut metro station and civil architecture,the development can be applied to the construction unsafe behavior management of civil architecture after finishing,in order to make a contribution to enhance the level of construction safety management.
