| In view of the cold northeast region Institutions of higher learning college students hot tub as the research object,transformation of solar energy project to the original system,Through the use of solar energy in the cold state of the environment,use of solar energy and purchased hot water as the supplement to an auxiliary heat source and further expand the use of solar thermal regional.Based on the TRNSYS simulation software,establishment the model of solar water heating system.Simulation of solar water heating system:using TRNSYS software focus on the system operating status,solar irradiance,the collector set heat,pump energy consumption and the system proportion of energy expenditure in mid-September to mid-December typical weather and typical seasonal.Actual monitoring the solar water heating system:using established solar operation monitoring platform to actual monitoring the system in actual meteorological parameters typical weather(rain or shine)operating status,get the collector temperature,solar irradiance variation and the curve of heat integral.Comparison the simulated data and real data,as determining the system stability and verified TRNSYS simulation software reliability,provide to the true and reliable basis for the solar hot water system use in cold regions.This article based on the solar water heating system simulation get the daily total set heat under the typical weather is 11.4×10~6k J,pump energy consumption is 2.75×10~3k J,produce unit hot water the energy required is 9.66×104k J,energy consumption accounted for the percentage of total set heat is 86.7%,it can be seen the solar water heating system without auxiliary heat source energy can be run at the plenty of sunshine weather.Autumn and winter seasonal(Sept.13-Dec.22)analog data display system heat collections is 2.55×10~8k J,pump energy consumption is 9.14×10~6k J,produce unit hot water the energy required is 13.02×10~6k J,system needs to supplement the heat is 10.56×10~8k J.Measured results show autumn and winter seasonal solar energy total set heat is 2.17×10~8k J,pump energy consumption is 6.07×10~6k J,system needs to supplement the heat is 10.91×10~8k J,equivalent to 6494 tons of 85℃ hot water,the actual purchased amount of hot water is 7026 tons,this result is consistent with the simulation data.Article after paragraph comparative discussion the purchase hot water as an auxiliary heat source solar water heating systems use in cold regions which economy,stability,energy saving and environmental protection of other aspects with traditional heat hot water system,and get the conclusion with auxiliary heat source solar water heating systems superiority,and then at the same time with the existing system theory make a further request. |
