The SBS modified asphalt accounted for about 15%of the total road asphalt.If calculate with this ratio,after ten years,the waste SBS modified asphalt mixture is expected to reach 12000000 tons per year,which produce by repaired Expressway Asphalt Pavement in our country.Therefore,study on regeneration technology of SBS modified asphalt mixture for environmental protection,resource utilization,and achieving the sustainable development road has the important theory,economic,social and environmental significant.Firstly,according to the main role of regeneration agent play in waste asphalt mixture and performance requirements,the paper recycling agent components,using orthogonal test to determine the ratio between components,and to optimize the preparation process of recycling agent.Combined with the technical standards of asphalt regenerant at home and abroad,it suggest the technical indicators value of self-made SBS modified asphalt.It choice the other three kinds of regeneration agent(RA-2,DN100,DN101)and self-made regeneration agent(ZZ)to do IR,DSC and thermal oxidation,optical oxygen aging test.The results showed that the thermal stability,and anti-aging ability are higher than the other three kinds of regeneration agent.Combined with the infrared spectroscopy analysis and the regeneration agent component,it puts forward the new asphalt recycling mechanism,namely the interfacial activity theory and gel theory.Secondly,through comparing with normal performance,viscosity,DSR,BBR and anti-thermal oxidation and UV oxidation of ZZ and other three kinds of regeneration agent(RA-2,DN100,DN101)recycled SBS modified asphalt.The results show that the high temperature rutting resistance,fatigue resistance,low temperature performance,anti-aging properties of ZZ recycled modified asphalt are higher than the other three kinds of modified asphalt regeneration.Through the analysis of DSC,it find that the thermal stability of ZZ recycled modified asphalt is higher than SBS modified asphalt.The infrared spectrum analysis find that compared with modified asphalt regeneration and the aging of modified asphalt,both of them have no new peaks,but the intensity of the peak changes.After two times aging,modified asphalt regeneration's carbonyl index and sulfoxide index are increases,but the aromatic index and Butadiene index are decrease.It leads to asphalt's polarity Increase,intermolecular forces enhance and viscosity increase.Finally,from the three aspects of saving material cost,old material recycling fee and regeneration agent cost,it analysis the economic benefit of hot in plant recycling of asphalt mixture.Found that the hot mix plant regeneration asphalt mixture has significant economic benefit.
