Study On The Hot In-place Recycling Key Technology Of SBS Modified Asphalt Pavement

With the ripid development of highway construction、Traffic volume multipling、Traffic load of substantial increase.The early road have been revised into the large stage.Inorder to take full advantage of waste and effectively save investment,the asphalt pavementrecycling technologies were paid more and more attention.The matrix asphalt recyclingtechnology has been widely used in our country and obtained a certain effect.However, atpresent our country high grade road surface use more and more performance excellent SBSmodified asphalt material as the surface coating in order to reduce to a great extent ofdisease of asphalt pavement.The hot recycling technology of SBS modified asphalt inChina obviously lag and using the traditional matrix asphalt hot recycling technology isobviously unreasonable.To this, the article depends on Shi An highway engineering,withthe indoor test analysis and studied futher real engineering application of the In-placerecycling technology of SBS modified asphalt mixture.The article studies futher the matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt’s agingmechanism and regeneration mechanism and studies the difference of rubber oil andrecycling agent on the recycling performance of the aging of SBS modified asphalt throughexperiments, and finally analises the recycling agent content determination and analise therubber oil as arecycling agen feasibility through the data and chart; On the basis of asphaltrecycling performance， we research the reference index of SBS modified asphaltrecycling.We design the recycling asphalt mixture mixing ratio and dosage to make sure theoptimum mixture ratio and dosage,through the analysis of the use of old road condition andthe material properties, at the same time,we analyze the SBS recycling asphalt mixturepavement performance through the indoor experiment.The article classifies the methods depend on the founction of the Hot in-placerecycling technique method in order to choose the best technique method, and have afeasibility study of the Hot in-place recycling technology application,having a scientificand rational research of the key technology in Hot in-place recycling technology、projectquality verification, quality control and guarantee of pavement.
