Due to natural disasters like floods,landslides,the rolling stones,earthquake and fire,blasting,overload and other human factors,it is very common for bridges to be severely damaged,even to collapse and to be ruined.When bridges collapsed,emergency bridges can be used to ensure that roads are unimpeded.However,emergency bridges,lack of universal assembly parts,will be told down after rescue work,which may causes resources waste and a lot of inconvenience such as another long time traffic jam and having to find an alternate place for rebuilding it.Based on Chongqing traffic science and technology project ‘The Research on Transforming Fabricated Emergency Bridges into Permanent Bridge’,this thesis aims to analyze the main construction error and control methods of fabricated steel composite beam bridge.The findings of this thesis are as follows:(1)Using Deflection Function Equation of Straight Beam in elastic mechanics and considering the influence of transverse bending of transverse contact,these function equations will be built according to each parts of the bridge.Then,through boundary condition to resolve them and get the approximate calculation formula of stress difference between beams.(2)According to respective analysis on three construction error parameters which may influence the width of the steel beam joint and the bridge plate,an overall analysis and calculation on the joint width is put forward,that is when three of these construction errors are considered all together.After comparing with measured values,it shows that the maximum deviation meets the requirements of engineering construction control well.(3)By analyzing the sensitivity of difference between beam parameters,we find that cross section takes the most sensitivity.Then,based on this result,taking stress deviation 10% in main beams as the controlling limit,a calculation of allowable values of heights between beams will be resolved.(4)Aims to calculate the allowable value of joint width,a simplified formula(7)(8)xJ about the improved bridge slab and steel beam will be put forward.And the controlling limit of joint width will be set as 5mm,according to the solid engineering.(5)According to calculation of allowable values of heights between beams and(7)(8)xJ,an analysis of control methods on composite error will be performed,and thus get the specific method of controlling heights between beams and limit of joint width.
