| Along with the continuous construction of the highway in China,the number of highway tunnels in China is increasing.The pavement materials and pavement technology of the existing highway tunnel are mainly cement concrete pavement.According to a large amount of research at home and abroad,it is difficult to meet the requirements of the modern tunnel pavement,so the asphalt concrete pavement will become the future development of the center of gravity.At the same time,the safety of the tunnel is also very important,the use of embedded color asphalt pavement and asphalt pavement will reduce the occurrence of accidents.In this paper,through the investigation and study to the existing tunnel pavement work environment and diseases have a full understanding of;and then through the embedded color gravel pavement test on the structure and properties of proposed a new casting type asphalt concrete;through the different mixing asphalt aggregate ratio test comparative study,determine the test in embedded pouring asphalt concrete optimum mixing oilstone ratio;finally the performance to carry out test validation studies,including high temperature performance,low temperature performance,fatigue resistance and water permeability of,and carries out the performance comparison with traditional pouring asphalt concrete.In addition,through the analysis of the mechanism of flame retardant modified asphalt,9 kinds of flame retardant were used to test the performance of the anti ageing,and the elastic recovery performance was studied.In the light of the structure of the asphalt pavement,the asphalt pavement has the advantages of safety,application,reliability and energy saving. |
