Culvert is an important part of highway engineering.Steel corrugated pipe has excellent deformation performance and can meet the special needs of the stress of the culvert structure due to the uneven deformation of the foundation.In the seasonal frozen soil region,the use of steel corrugated pipe culvert is conducive to the safety and stability of the culvert structure.In this paper,steel corrugated pipe culvert is relying on the project in Hegang to Dalian highway of K694+633 pile number.The temperature field distribution of steel corrugated pipe culvert and surrounding soil mass was studied by field experiment and ANSYS finite element software.At the same time,the mechanical properties and deformation characteristics of the pipe body are studied,so as to provide reference for design and construction.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)In the southeast of Jilin province,field test of temperature and strain of steel corrugated pipe culvert had been occurred in Hegang to Dalian highway of K694+633.The temperature monitoring results show that the soil temperature of the pipe roof is lower than that of the tube side and the bottom of the pipe.With the gradual decrease of air temperature,the top layer of the pipe will be given priority to the unstable freezing stage;Strain monitoring results show that the peaks and valleys of the tangential strain at the same angle around the pipe tension compression alternating is roughly.The maximum shear wave crest and trough and side to tension and compression strain appeared in different positions around the pipe angle.(2)Taking the field project as the simulation object,the numerical analysis model is established by using the ANSYS finite element software.Using enthalpy method as control equation and based on boundary layer theory,the boundary conditions of model thermal analysis are applied.The non steady temperature field of the soil around the culvert is studied.Research results show that time distribution of different freezing and thawing periods.With the change of temperature,the variation of temperature with time in shallow soil presents the change law of sine cosine function.The temperature of deep soil is affected little by the change of temperature.The transfer of temperature in soil mass is delayed.The ground temperature change depth of the soil under the bottom of culvert center is about 4m.The maximum freezing depth is about 1.2m.The average temperature is about 10 degrees Celsius and the construction of the culvert increases the depth of the ground temperature change of the surrounding embankment.(3)Using ANSYS finite element software to establish the numerical model of structural analysis,back slot filling method based on culvert construction,the boundary conditions of the model are applied.The mechanical properties and deformation characteristics of steel corrugated pipe under the action of temperature load,soil gravity,vehicle load and soil particle loss were studied.Research results show that vertical and axial frost heave soil pipe with the passage of time gradually increased from the year November to February the following year.The frost heave of soil vertical pipe center is less than culvert inlet and outlet.With different pipe body position and the angle of the tube,the equivalent wave crest and trough with side displacement and stress distribution are not the same.When the car ran forward in the process of the culvert,the strain value of the tube is different along with the automobile rear axle and the tube axis distance at different positions and different angles around the pipe.The soil around the culvert tunneling will local mechanical properties of the whole body and deformation of a tremendous impact.
