With the development of economy,along with the development of highway construction,at the same time,greater traffic flow,road more heavy vehicle bearing ability is stronger,in the transformation of the Guizhou national and provincial trunk up,more and more large thickness of cement stabilized macadam base are widely used.This paper is based on the S307 of Guizhou province highway reconstruction project,research on construction technology base forming a large thickness of cement stabilized gravel mix method,and draw the following results.(1)large thickness of cement stabilized gravel gradation research.The aggregate level has a direct impact on the quality of the project matching,graded interference of skeleton dense structure theory can be designed to achieve best compactness and strength of the particle,the optimal road performance.(2)the large thickness of cement stabilized macadam base of a construction technology and quality control of the key points of forming.Construction technology should be combined with the actual situation of road construction to be adjusted,under the premise of reasonably selecting the mixing and compaction machinery,construction quality can guarantee.(3)in the solid project,the application of the process has achieved good economic and social benefits,in the project quality,construction progress,economic benefits and other aspects of the traditional construction technology has certain advantages.This process is only in the two level of highway construction to be verified,under the premise of further optimization,is expected to promote the application of high grade highway construction.
