Fly-ash particles are kind of mixtures composed with hollow particles which have big porosities and loose structures. It is widely used in engineering. In order to improve the road base materials' construction performances and mechanical properties, this paper makes a study on mixed fly-ash Cement Stabilized Crushed Aggregate (CSCA) and Graded Broken Stone's (GBS) engineering properties.The working principles of Vibration Test Method (VTM) and selection standards are firstly analysed in this paper, and the reliability of VTM on base materials is proved Secondly, the influence law of fly-ash on cement fly-ash engineering properties are revealed based on VTM, and the optimum ratio 1:1 between cement and fly-ash is put forward; the influence law of fly-ash on CSCA's early and later shrengthes are revealed based on VTM, and the optimum content 5.0%~7.0% of fly-ash is proposed; the influence law of fly-ash on mixed GBS's engineering properties are revealed based on VTM, and the optimum ratio 2:1 between ore powder and fly-ash and between GMLD and GMPC is raised, also the optimum content 6.0% of fly-ash is presented. Finally, mixed fly-ash CSCA's application effect was analysed combined with real engineering.
