Inland water way,the important vehicle of inland navigation in our country,affects the development of industrial belt along the river as well as the development of the national inland transport.It is crucial for the inland river shipping industry to know how to get high-precision relative water depth data quickly,and provide continuous and seamless navigation datum data.At present,the navigational datum,adopted by the channel chart,is discrete and changing,and cannot meet the needs of practical application.Not only that,in the pursuit of precision and accuracy under the large background of informatization,the workload of data preprocessing work about all electronic channel chart,which is within there spective inland main jurisdictions,is very large,and the inefficient data pretreatment severely restricts the update of electronic channel maps.Therefore,the search of more rapid and more efficient automatic pretreatment technology is of great significance.The research of this paper is intended to find the depth conversion method between different base level across different continuous river.According to the relative water depth data of electronic channel chart,we need to navigate to related datum of curved surface fitting and rapidly get the continuous and uninterrupted navigational datum data.Through the theoretical research of this paper,we can get a determinative method of measuring water datum level within the natural channel of inland main jurisdiction,and thus calculate the conversion results of hydrographic water depth data,that is,from elevation data to relative water depth data.Thus,One of the core problems is the construction of a continuous navigation datum model,and the construction of a continuous surface often need to make a curved surface fitting based on scattered data points.In inland waterway data points under the actual distribution of curved surface fitting are normally use of curved surface fitting method.So this paper also needs to explore a method of auxiliary to solve specific data distribution cases leading to the low-fitting precision.The main works are as follows:First,based on the comprehensive analysis of the relevant hydrological observation data provided by the Yangtze River waterway administration in Chongqing,we can provide data base for determining the precision of navigation datum.Second,select the appropriate surface fitting and interpolation method.At the sametime,by means of the related hydrological data,generate the navigation datum including both continuity and integrity.But before this,we have to find a fitting precision surface auxiliary method to solve the problem of special distribution of factor stronghold.Finally,compare the fast processing way with the artificial processing mode.Through the data analysis,list the algorithm model for inland waterway navigation datum fitting in advantage.
