Our cities are separated by mountains and rivers,and 70% in China belongs to the mountainous terrain.Tunnel engineering can make the road construction project in construction process to reduce impact on the environment,and can shorten the passage of time.Thus,tunnel construction has become an important part of highway construction in our country.The tunnel as a special structure part of the highway construction,the traffic accident frequency is much higher than other sections,especially tunnel entrance section,not only high accident rate,and gravity is strong;The tunnel entrance section is just the pilot light adaptation and dark adaptation process,it has a strong link with tunnel lighting.So the driver characteristics,according to the driver's visual features such as lighting design for tunnel entrance section,to a large extent can improve the safety of the tunnel entrances and exits.In this context,the tunnel entrances and traffic safety at home and abroad is reviewed in this paper the study of the theory of the tunnel lighting in real application,characteristics analysis of tunnel entrance and driver characteristics,and the specification of tunnel entrances lighting,rules are compared,on this basis,the study of tunnel design,and nan shan tunnel in chongqing as the research object is given the specific design process and the corresponding security measures,indicate the driver characteristics on the basis of study of tunnel entrance lighting is beneficial to provide tunnel traffic safety level,has important practical significance.The content of the article including the following:First of all,on the domestic and foreign scholars about the tunnel characteristic and sum up the study of the theory of the inward and outward lighting were reviewed.On this basis,the analysis of the tunnel driving vision problems,and comparison of tunnel lighting design in our country the norms and rules of the condition of the before and after revision.Secondly,analyzes the characteristics of the driver,the driver in the visual characteristics of tunnel section and light and shade,behavior characterization of parameters are analyzed,and introduced the light and dark adaptation mechanism,tunnel light and dark adaptation,and the visual shock phenomenon,behind of tunnel lighting design to lay the foundation.Finally,in combination with driver characteristics of tunnel were analyzed under the condition of inward and outward illuminance calculation method and lighting design,and the nan shan tunnel for the research object,through field investigation of nanshan tunnel dynamic monitoring,at the same time of nanshan tunnel entrances and exits of illuminance calculation,according to the actual situation and the characteristics of the driver of nanshan tunnel of nanshan tunnel entrances and exits of lighting design,according to the results of design and calculation of nanshan tunnel entrances put forward the corresponding security measures and engineering measures,reduce tunnel traffic accidents,improve the safety level of nanshan tunnel entrances and exits.
